KA HOLY WEEK MASS REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Pls note that the following procedure is ONLY applicable for Holy Thursday until Easter Vigil.
(Easter Sunday’s two Masses will revert to Group 1 and 2 arrangement (see here) and there is no need for registration):
✅ Maundy THURSDAY (1/4) @ 8 PM
✅ Good FRIDAY (2/4) Service @ 11.30 AM & 8 PM
✅ Easter Vigil SATURDAY (3/4) @ 8 PM
‼️ IMPORTANT DATES TO NOTE ‼️
▶️ THURS, 25 MAC'21: Online Registration OPENS @ 12 NOON (on a First Come, First Served basis)
▶️ WED, 31 MAC'21: Online Registration CLOSES @ 12 NOON (or upon seats fully booked, whichever comes first)
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
After lengthy discussion and hard work, the Parish Response Team has decided on the following process for registration:
1. Only Registration via our KA Website, (register.kristusaman.org) is accepted (WhatsApp, Email or Verbal registration is not valid)
2. As long as the SEAT COUNTER shows that there are available seats (not negative), you may proceed to register. In the event that you cannot secure a seat, please do not despair. We will be live-streaming all Masses and you can still follow us on-line.
3. Enter your FULL NAME (as per your MyKad), MOBILE NO. & select your respective BECs (NOTE: Attendance List will be sorted by BECs followed by your Names in alphabetical order)
4. Select your Mass/ Service Options (you may select ONE for EACH DAY)
5. Before submitting, CHECK your details (DO NOT submit twice. If you think you've made a mistake, please Submit an Enquiry using the "Ask a question" link)
6. Click SUBMIT and you should see the 'Your response had been recorded' msg. You are DONE! (there's NO need for any further email confirmation)
7. Repeat the same steps for EACH Family Member who are attending together with you (pls. ensure that you only register ONCE for EACH member with the correct details)
8. Should you not be able to attend on the selected day(s) due to an emergency or for health reasons, you NEED NOT inform us. However, do be mindful that as seats are limited, every available seat is precious
9. Do come AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE Mass/ Service begins. Otherwise, your seats will be given to walk-ins as it would not be fair to hold the seats after this time.

Once again, I would like to ask the seniors to consider carefully your decision to attend Mass in person. Although I appreciate your enthusiasm and devotion, I would also like to remind you that the chapel may be crowded on these days and the Masses may be longer than the usual one hour. Do consider these factors before registering.
